LAFAYETTE, Louisiana – The University of Texas-Pan American Broncs men's tennis team fell to the University of Louisiana at Lafayette Ragin Cajuns 1-5 on Sunday at the Cajun Courts.
 
The Broncs (8-16) and Ragin Cajuns (14-11) started four hours late due to rain and, due to the threat of more inclement weather, skipped doubles.
 
The Broncs got their lone point at No. 6 singles, where Joseph Bishop defeated Frankie Hoar 6-2, 6-2.
 
Sebastien Job played a tight first set at No. 3, falling to Damian Farinola 5-7 before dropping the second set 3-6.
 
The Ragin Cajuns took the other four singles matches in straight sets.
 
The Broncs close out the season at No. 57 Texas A&M-Corpus Christi on Saturday at 1 p.m. It will be the Broncs' final Southland Conference match as they are joining the WAC next season.
