Marc Rozanski joined the UTRGV men’s basketball staff on Sept. 1, 2015 after spending the 2014-15 season at West Virginia Wesleyan College, where was a part of a first year staff that helped guide the team to a bid in the Mountain East Conference Tournament.
In 2015-16, Roazanski and his wife, basketball operations coordinator Cassi Rozanski, made up the only husband-wife duo on an NCAA Division I men’s basketball coaching staff.
Rozanski spent the 2013-14 season at UT Tyler as an assistant coach and recruiting coordinator. Under Head Coach Jamon Copeland, Rozanski was able to help the Patriots reach new heights by finishing the season with a 15-12 overall record and their first-ever appearance in the American Southwest Conference Tournament Semifinals. The Patriots finished the year as the league's third-highest scoring team while winning 15 games, their highest total ever by a first-year coaching staff.
 
In 2012-13, Rozanski began his coaching career at the University of Saint Mary (USM). Under Head Coach Jon Bishop, Rozanski was able to help guide the team to a 22-9 overall record while going 16-2 in conference play. USM won the regular season conference title and qualified for the NAIA National Tournament. In addition to the success on the court, Rozanski also obtained a Masters Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Health Care Systems Management from USM.
 
As a player, Rozanski began his collegiate career at Seton Hill University before transferring to Ave Maria University (AMU), where he earned a degree in economics. On the court, Rozanski was named team MVP in 2010 and defensive MVP in 2011. Rozanski was also tabbed as a USCAA Honorable Mention All-American in 2011 after ranking third in the NAIA in total assists, fifth in assists per game, and seventh in assist-to-turnover ratio. Rozanski finished his collegiate playing career at the University of Pittsburgh at Johnstown.
 
Originally from just outside of Pittsburgh, Pa., Rozanski attended Serra Catholic High School in McKeesport, Pa. There, Rozanski played for his father and PBC Hall of Fame Coach Robert Rozanski. Marc was a part of multiple teams that were ranked No. 1 in the state of Pennsylvania, earning A.P. All-State Honors in basketball in 2006. In 2007, Rozanski earned All-State honors in both football and basketball in addition to The Daily News Basketball Player of the Year and Athlete of the Year awards. Rozanski is also Serra High School's all-time leading scorer.
 
Rozanski currently resides in Edinburg with his wife, Cassi.
